For 2 years I was with a family and I was there nanny but also house cleaner. I would get the girls up for school make breakfast and lunch send them to school while at school I would do laundry clean and do laundry and help organize. I also would walk there dog. At night I would make dinner and send the girls to bed and did some more tidying up.
