About Emily

My babysitting experience is mostly circled around the care of a younger girl with autism. Although special needs care is something I am familiar with, much of my time with her was spent creating regulated structures, making and introducing new foods, schooling and other engaging activities, and generally just creating a structured day that fit her needs. Additionally, I have pretty extensive mentoring practice, so helping children with online school is something I'm very interested in! In COVID times, that sort of "structured day" is one that we often do not have, so I hope to help both you and your children with that! Side note- I am also a student at VCU, but have all of my courses online. To your comfort, I can definitely complete this while babysitting, and can send out my class schedule as needed!
