I just recently graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. I will be attending graduate school this fall at East Carolina University, pursuing a master's in Occupational Therapy. Because of my passion for children, I hope to eventually work in a pediatric occupational therapy clinic one day. Most of my past jobs have been child-care related, and I have over eight years of experience working with kids. I have worked with children ranging from 6 months to 18 years. I most recently held a two-year position as a head camp counselor, specifically caring for campers between the ages of 4 to 7 years. Shadowing in therapy clinics and hospitals has given me experience working with special needs children as well. Aside from my love for kids, I also have a variety of other passions. Being active is very important to me, and I try to find adventure in every day. I do this by going for runs, hiking, finding new recipes, and doing anything outdoors.
