I am an outgoing, creative, and organized person who loves working working with kids of all ages. I spent the past year working full time with 2 elementary school children, overseeing and supplementing their online coursework during COVID-19. I have also tutored and mentored a high school girl for the past few years. I am passionate about helping students both with their school work and on developing their executive functioning skills and interests. Prior to last fall, I worked as a leadership development consultant at a firm in Alexandria and before that at think tank in DC on policy issues related to children and families. My previous experience with children includes coaching a running program, working as a camp counselor, and nannying. I am looking for part-time tutoring work this fall.
