About Emerald

Hi - My name is Emerald, I'm a 22-year-old who just recently moved to Elkhorn. I've been working with kids since I was 14 and love it. I started by watching my younger siblings, and then began babysitting for other kids in my large growing family. Over the last 6 years, I've worked with kids ranging between 15 years to 2 months old. I love doing crafts and bringing out the creative side of the kids as I am also a Freelance Illustrator as my main job. I am also certified in Adult, Child, and Infant first aid, CPR, and AED. Fun fact: I come from a family of 6 and all of us are named after gems! I have recently acquired a rare condition known as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Bell's Palsy which inhibits me from doing repetitive tasks such as dishes and can no longer transport children in my car.
