    I worked with Eman for many years. She was the telecommunications person in our building and in that capacity, worked with me on many telephone-related issues. When confronted with an issue, the help desk was a phone call away. Eman's voice is professional, confident, caring and reassuring. She solved my issued quickly and in a very pleasant manner. For the past 2 years we worked on the employee committee together. Prior to that time, we had only been phone colleagues. Upon meeting her personally, I immediate saw that happy, cooperative personality in her face. She not only helped think of creative ways to bring the staff together, but also was willing to go out and get gifts or gift certificates to serve as door prizes at our various events. She helped set up, run the events and stayed until the clean up was complete. I think she would be excellent in a position where she serves as a customer service representative to provide a positive, reassuring link between your business and your clients.
