She is organized and efficient and diplomatic in "encouraging" our 92 yr old mom to get up and go out and engage. She is up beat and a positive person with many different hobbies and interests with which she engaged my mom in conversation. Willing and attentive. Did an excellent job taking care of my mother and similarly aged and limited live-in boyfriend, until he passed away and my mother moved to another state to live with my sister. No reservations about recommending Liz.
