(Taking one-time occasional jobs at this time) Children have been the JOY of my life! I am the grandmother ("MiMi") of six - ages 12 (high-functioning autism), 10, 7, 6, 5 and 6 mo. Being a parent is a privilege and, while it is challenging and exhausting, it has been the most rewarding and gratifying experience of my life! Children need to be nurtured, loved, encouraged and guided through life. They need to feel secure and taught boundaries in a loving way. I hope to assist families that are looking for a Nanny "Mimi" babysitter to give them peace about the person caring for their children. I will sing "Mother Goose" songs, have puzzle parties, do crafts, build with blocks, watch Daniel Tiger, pretend with your princesses and superheroes, and read books with your children. I will rock the babies, look into their eyes, tell them they are loved and sing This Little Light of Mine! I retired from my 30+ year career as a legal secretary. Children will always be my passion my JOY!
