About Elizabeth

I am a dedicated, energetic and confident RN (non-smoker) with over 15 years of hospital, community and home health nursing experience. In addition to my nursing experience, I have provided over 8 years of personal/companion care for my wonderful mother, who walked with a walker, and had many medical issues. I loved being able to keep her as healthy as possible. I enjoy being a health advocate to assist seniors in maintaining and improving their overall health. I am available on a part time basis, as I also work another nursing job. I am available for personal care, medication reminders, assisting with exercise( more vitality!), meal prep, being upbeat and positive, light housekeeping, shopping/errands and providing a safe environment . I enjoy being active and love to help people to remain as independent as possible in their own home. I would be happy to provide my skills and experience to help you or a loved one!
