About Eliska

Hello! My name is Eliska "Skye". I graduated with a BFA from The New School in May of 2022. Since then, I have worked as a nanny, tutor, executive assistant, and social worker for NYC children and families. I am going back to school in the fall of 2024 for a Master's in Social Work, and in the meantime, I am looking for a part-time babysitting job to supplement my income. Growing up, I frequently watched my younger sister and her friends. During my undergraduate degree I also professionally babysat for many different families in NYC and worked at a variety of children's theater summer camps - I know many great theater games! I am creative, hands-on, responsible, energetic, and I absolutely love kids. Additionally, I am very familiar with Montessori and Waldorf pedagogy and I always make sure I adopt the parent's desired caretaking styles when babysitting.
