I have a full resume with experience and references from the past 12 years of child care. I have worked with multiple wonderful families as a full time nanny as well as working in toddler library programs, teaching pre ballet, working within child care centers, and church nursery's. I have a background in art and illustration, love crafts, art project and activities outside. Mary Poppins. Nanny McPhee. Mrs. Doubtfire. I'd rank Elise up there with the rest of the greats! We are SO HAPPY that she chose us and our family. She has developed an incredible bond with my infant son (6 months), who kicks his feet in joy when he sees her coming up the steps. The only person who might love her more is the dog, who cries when he sees her car pull up. Elise has never been late and is a great communicator; she texts us daily photos and shares summaries at the end of the day. She has incredible energy - loving, gentle, creative, and calm. She's a totally hands-on caregiver, lots of singing and play. Elise follows our "schedule," but also proposes new developmental activities/opportunities (i.e. new toys, adjusted nap schedules). She has also helped us sleep train and introduce solids without a hitch. We feel so lucky that we found her. If we weren't moving out of state for my husband's job we'd be keeping her around as long as she'd have us! She's truly the best.
