Lena has been the nanny to our son 1.5 years (4 to 24 months). First and foremost, she loved our son like he was her own blood. Lena is caring, compassionate and attentive. Our son's safety was always her number one priority. Lena is reliable as she was always on time. Lena is very knowledgeable about health, nutrition, child development and early education. Starting at 4 months, Lena spent an incredible amount of time teaching our son skills and knowledge that positively impacted our family. A few examples are: -Early potty training - starting at 7 months -Speaking - our son had knew several hundred words by 15 months of age -Physical Development - our son hit every milestone such as crawling, walking, etc Perhaps most importantly, is how much our son loved Lena. He truly enjoy being around her and would crawl/run to her every morning when she arrived. I know this review sounds hyperbolic but I mean every word. Lena is a pro and will do wonders for your child/family.
