Some people do not have the intuition or the talent that I possess in the Medical and Mental Health field. In just dealing with people in general. I have a gift. I am not gabbing when I am talking to someone, it is building a connection. I build a connection with those that I am caring for. Because I am there for the right reasons. I am not there for my own benefit. I am there to improve the quality of care they are recieving. And every single time they see the difference. As soon as they meet me, it is hard to not fall in love, and just be happy with the fact that you have a genuine, heart warming caretaker. I have been in Mental Health and the Medical field for over 15 years. It is my goal to continue pursuing advanced education in the field; eventually becoming a Geriatrics and Hospice Nurse Practitioner. My passion.

What a sweet soul. You notice her smile immediately. She is so professional, caring & intuitive. She loves to talk & immediately introduces herself. Having her walk into my room in the Rehab was a breath of fresh air (and I told her she was). I met El'Aundra when she cared for me at a Private Rehab Unit. She was the Med Technician one night. I had bumped into her in the hall & you could see her smiling & talking to people as soon as she was within feet from you. Her presence is so wonderful. She was really a pleasure & doesn't mind you telling her how you like things done if you are particular about the workflow of your care plan. But rest assured; when she takes care of you, she reads the care plan & makes sure that she follows it. She doesn't have a negative aura, bad attitude, sit on her phone all the time, etc. You recognize she is one of a kind. I cannot thank her enough for nursing me back to health. She is such an inspiration & deserves as much good as she gives to her patients.
