I had experience in staff dormitory children at Florida School of The Deaf in 3 years In this time I have proven my ability to work with an interdisciplinary team, and also developed interpersonal skills and strong professional relationships with clients, including individuals, families and community groups. My church (Grace Bible Deaf Church), what I m doing responsible for Event Coordinator, organization, planning, and interpersonal skills, Conducted regular website updates for volunteer opportunities. Maintain and updating church calendar. Assist members and outside groups in using church facilities. Working as a initial point of contact for people calling the church and help leaders and staff of the church in organizing variety of church programs and activities. My duties have included counseling as well as group therapy; developing and overseeing treatment plans for clients; caregivers. I was awarded with the Leadership and Citizenship Achievement Award for my work on a difficult case in 1987 to 1989. My strong ASL Sign skills have been well utilized in this role and I have also demonstrated solid organizational skills in my event coordinator.
