Over the past year, I have been a caregiver assistant for individuals with varying needs. Aiding in the quality of life for others is something that in find very fulfilling. I enjoy my work for it allows me to reach a place of great peace. Assisting with individuals in this way, I find myself building bonds and deepening my appreciation for life. The greatest gift I have gained in my time assisting is the gift of evolving a profound connectivity with others, as well as within. My personal growth has broadened my understanding of compassion, and what it truly means to live life to the fullest-in the present moment. I am grateful my journey has brought me to this line of work. When I'm not working, I spend my time reading, writing, working out, hiking, taking photographs, practicing yoga, and traveling/exploring. I enjoy spending time on hobbies that resonate with me as well as finding new activities to broaden my perspectives. I feel very adamant that throughout life, it is very important to continue to have positive growth.
