Dixie lived with, and cared for my grandmother for 7 years. She took the absolute very best care of her. She went over and beyond the duties expected. Dixie took my grandmother to her doctor visits as needed, kept her bathed and clean, she cooked 3 meals daily for her and kept her house spotless. My grandmother was on a walker and used a wheelchair, so Dixie had to do a lot of heavy lifting with her. Dixie cared for my grandmother like family. My grandmother was completely dependent on Dixie, and Dixie always rose to the occasion. There's so much more I could say about Dixie, but trying to put 7 years down on paper is near impossible. Anyone would be lucky to have Dixie by their side.
