Assisting people of all ages, with varying degrees of need is a way of life for me. I am dependable and trustworthy when it comes to domestic household chores. I will clean, cook, shop, drop off, pick up, make appointments for an individual or families. If requested, I can manage money and create budgets. I have party/event planning skills; as well performed the duties of Hostess for a number of types of gatherings. I don't mind driving and have a good driving record. I am also experienced working for adults who suffer through the highs and lows associated with depression and chronic illness, and the demands of a busy executive lifestyle. I possess great 'solution' finding ability and typically can be flexible with my schedule. My specialty service is: Personal Coach. I motivate and instruct on stretching and exercise for weight loss and relaxation. My emphasis is proper execution, targeting 'tone up' where needed and routine scheduling. I encourage fitness and movement vs. anxiety and stress. I have no problem combining personal assistance and coaching into one work assignment. I live life with a positive outlook.
