Diane worked with our two children in 2018. She worked well with them. She was patient and used different techniques to support retention. In addition, she helped our son who struggles with organization, which is still quite a task. The only thing I did not appreciate, is when she decided to stop working with our children, she did not show up, nor did she call. We had to call her only to be told it was not benefiting her. Otherwise her teaching skills were fairly good.
