About Diana

I absolutely cannot praise Diana enough for her tutoring our son over the summer! Our son is entering 2nd grade soon. We were concerned with Kindergarten cut short due to covid in 2020 and 1st grade being partially virtual, we needed to ensure he was ready for 2nd grade. We interviewed several tutors on Care.com but were immediately drawn to Diana. We loved her background in elementary education; we really wanted an experienced tutor for our kiddo, and after speaking by phone, quickly realized she would be the best for our son. We scheduled two 1-hour sessions each week, the whole summer, starting right when school ended. We can whole-heartedly recommend Diana as she understands children very well and what works for them; she really gets to know their personality. She has great upbeat teacher energy and makes children excited to learn. Diana also instills confidence and pride in children's work which is vital. We certainly plan to continue working with Diana in the future :)
