I have worked for the past 8 plus years at an agency that cares for adults with special needs. However, at this time I am more interested in working directly with/for families, in home settings, as I have found that there are so many people who need help/care that do not fall within agency guidelines and/or criteria. I have extensive training in administering and keeping of records of medications as well as many other in company trainings. I am also willing to do housekeeping, cooking, appointments, etc.

Diana is able to provide positive reinforcement for desirable behaviors, as well as, the ability to handle unwanted behaviors.
