I have been in the field for over 25 years working in the capacity of direct care, supervisor, trainer, investigator and compliance analyst. I provided active programming to individuals. I completed and maintained all required consumer records (i.e., CFA's, tracking sheets, data sheets, reviews). I implemented and documented program plans. I hired and supervised all unit staff. I evaluated all instructional staff in the unit. I provided implementation of age appropriate, functional and innovative curriculum. I developed program plans, ensured implementation and revised as necessary. I conducted CPR/First Aid/AED training and I was an investigator.
