I have approximately 20 years of experience with children. I have babysat school ages/toddlers, I taught Sunday school for elementary school age children and a nanny for child who has special needs. I have my 90 hours certification for early child care. I was a lead teacher at a Christian daycare for 2 years with 1-2-year-olds before moving to a developmental daycare for the past 1 1/2 years working with the older 2-year-olds. Since Covid has changed our world in so many ways I've elected not to go back to a daycare setting and have been working privately with families. I treat it as I would in daycare, depending on the child. For the families I work with now we still do circle time, crafts, science. Work on writing, learning the alphabet, etc. I also have my ADA, communications and breastfeeding courses completed as well as First Aid/CPR.

Denise is a pleasure to have at the house. She is very good with children. Also a very safe driver. Denise is also a big help around the house with dishes, meal prep and tidying up. She is an excellent communicator.
