About Deedra

I became a caregiver in 2012 when the love of my life was diagnosed with cancer and has since died. I was able to care for him throughout his disease until the final moments of life. I learned a lot during that period, especially patience. I became skilled at bathing, dressing, changing, feeding and even conversing. I became more compassionate, giving and loving. After his death in 2014 I decided that I enjoyed caring for others and started caring for a friends wife until she was relocated to a facility. I am a compassionate, dedicated, loving and hard working woman that has also worked with Parkinson's & Alzheimer's. My resent job for the past 3 yrs. was taking care of a man with Alzheimer's I enjoyed the time we had together running errands just keeping active. I enjoy working with people.
