I worked for a full year (2012) in an adult family home caring for 6 residents; including dementia, disabled, paralyzed, elderly, cerebral palsy, diabetic, cleaning, laundry, cooking, Hoyer use, transferring, medication disbursement, socializing, bathing and more. In 2013, (February - May), I cared for an elderly woman in her home, cooking, doing some cleaning, socializing mostly, walking, bathing and what was needed 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. From August to October 2013, I was an overnight caretaker for an elderly man in hospice. I love taking care of people and feel that they need compassion and understanding in their later years. From January 2014 until present, I have been caring for a girl in her 30's who needs 24/7 care. I care for her 36 hours a week. I also worked for a local business caring for elderly people who have many different needs like Parkinson's, companion and other needs. I feel that I have a very wide and diversified clientele.
