Mrs. H. has many duties that she fulfills for our family as our part-time nanny. Obviously, she cares for our son, but her role reaches far beyond the basics. She provides transportation, attends therapy sessions and doctor appointments as needed, is in charge of food preparation, laundry duties, performs various errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc. and other household duties - and yes, she does it all on a part-time schedule!
As her supervisor, I can think of many different positive qualities, excellent characteristics and first-rate traits that Mrs. H. possesses. However, the one quality, characteristic and/or trait that stands out the most to me is her unwavering moral compass. She consistently leans on her morals and values to guide her behavior and decision making. I deeply appreciate this about Mrs. H., because she is governed by her ethics, rather than by her emotions - which can be hard when dealing with a cantankerous, strong-willed toddler!
