I was laid off from my career in NYC in February 2013 due to downsizing and was unemployed for a full year. In that time, I took on small tasks such as ironing part-time at a friend's laundromat, cleaning and organizing houses/apartments for friends as well as light yard work, running errands such as food shopping and dropping off/picking up items to and from the dry cleaner as well as running to the bank and pharmacy. I have also taken care of friend's pets when they were away on vacation. I am willing to work with you to figure out what I can do for you that would best fit your needs. I currently work full-time, but can be available before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. as well as anytime on the weekends.
