I am currently a paraprofessional. I was a teacher for 3 years. I have worked in special education for over 17 years both as paraprofessional and teacher. I have experience with all aspects of special need children and adults. I am very consistent and have a proven track record of my success with special needs children. I have a gift for having the patience for all children regardless of their needs. I am very passionate about working with children and take pride in helping them become more independent. I love children and love to build positive relationships with them. I have one daughter I gave birth to, but over the years I am a mother to many of my past and present students. I would only treat a child as I would want someone to treat mine. I am very kind, compassionate, giving, warm, humorous and loving.
