It is hard enough to find traditional child care but even more challenging to find a caregiver for your child if they have a disability. To find someone with the patience and integrity you and your loved one needs is truly a task. You may have rarely had the chance to get out of the house because you don't have someone to rely on. Well, I may be able to help. Besides offering traditional child care, I also have personal hands-on experience working with children & young adults as well as adults that have challenging behaviors such as mental and developmental disabilities, such delayed speech, ADHD, OCD, Asperger's, Tourettes as well as other disabilities. I have worked with people who are physically impaired who can not do everyday activities for themselves. Having a BA degree in Social Work, I come to you with the skills of a care giving professional as well as the love of a caregiver and decades of experience both with children of all ages and older adults. I just might be that person who you have been looking for. My background also includes years of medical experience as I was a medic in the Army & I also have advanced First Aid and CPR experience.
