As the oldest daughter in a family of six children, I have always been the built-in caretaker, teacher, and friend. I've grown from simply teaching my siblings, to providing tutoring and nannying services to friends and neighbors, to working a part time job for a local tutoring company. I love my job and have found great success and fulfillment in seeing student growth. I have taught students as young as 4 years old and as old as retired veterans looking to better their math skills. My primary areas of teaching are mathematics and language arts, though I also have experience and enjoy tutoring in science, history, and Spanish. I love musical theatre and have taken on leadership roles in my school's drama department as well! When I'm not studying or participating in extracurricular, I love to perform mini concerts for my dog on the guitar, piano, and ukulele. I like to think she appreciates them, but I think it's definitely more fun for me . Also, I will be studying at MIT this fall!
