As a 2010 BSW graduate of Catholic University of America, I have a strong interest in social welfare and children. Furthering my interest, I have begun to work towards my Doctorate in Social Services on a part-time basis. I feel that my education as well as experiences in the field makes me a strong candidate for the position. I have 12 years of experience of being a babysitter/ nanny. I have been a team leader and on a management team for a Nanny agency, and have excellent childcare references. My undergraduate internship experiences and work experience have been well diverse; giving me broad experience with both children and adults with autism and learning differences. I have been involved in managing Nannies and hiring, working with children with autism, learning disabilities, behavioral issues, and newborns for 9 years and counting. During my undergrad in Washington, DC, I was a full-time nanny. I continued with my families in Washington, DC after graduation. I moved to New York further my education as a part-time masteral student at Yeshiva University.

Danielle showed flexibility in setting up an interview with us. She arrived promptly and was one of the most experienced nannies we spoke with. As I understand, her current position has long hours, so her schedule might not be what other families are used to working around for scheduling an interview. Unfortunately, the timing did not work out for our family, but any family would be lucky to have her.
