From 2010-2014, I worked at a therapeutic horseback riding facility for children and adults with special needs. During the summer of 2012 I worked as a special needs caregiver for two 7-year-old boys with varying neuropsychological, neurobehavioral, and neurodevelopmental diagnoses. As a result of my experiences with the boys, as well as my time spent at the therapeutic facility, I decided to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy. At the moment, I am in the application process for graduate school.
