Ms. Cynthia P. worked as a full-time respite caregiver providing care for my elderly father from September 2019 until January 2022. During that time, she provided essential care to my father for his dementia and issues associated with aging. She is a dedicated and hard-working individual that seeks to excel in her job and is constantly seeking opportunities to increase her professional knowledge as well. While Cynthia worked in my home, she had my complete trust. She displayed extreme compassion and understanding when dealing with difficult situations. Even when faced with stressful moments caused by my father's dementia, she demonstrated great skill and patience in providing outstanding care. Cynthia is very organized, has great judgment and a determination to provide the best care to her clients. Cynthia is a great employee who will be an asset to any job or organization she joins.
