My Mom and Dad are pretty fussy about people coming into their space. Within minutes of me introducing her to them, it was apparent just how comfortable she made them both feel. She is the first person I have hired to work with my folks, and it was like she was an angel sent from above. She instilled a confidence in me to be able to travel a bit and not worry about things at home. They looked forward to her arrival each day. She went over and above in care. Her background in nursing is such a plus as she understands meds and schedules. AND she truly understands the elderly; their anxieties, their need to be pampered, spoiled a bit and of course, loved. I would hire Cynthia again in a minute!
