We had Cynthia as a backup sitter and my kids (3 and 1.5) took to her right away! Even though we only saw her occasionally, she really seemed to care about the kids and planned fun activities for them. I immediately felt comfortable leaving my kids in her care within the first 10 minutes of meeting her. Her two children are very well behaved and got along great with my children. Would definitely recommend her:)
