It is my great pleasure to recommend Cynthia as a nanny. She has been caring for our twin 4-year-olds for the last two years on a part time basis and they absolutely adore her. Cynthia is bright, reliable, and affectionate. She is also well-versed in child development, both due to her university studies and a natural affinity toward children. She relates to our children in such a delightful way, turning practically everything into a fun game. Cynthia knows how to structure time well, but is also flexible. She recently created a game for our children called "The Fortune Cookie Game" and they absolutely loved it. We feel fortunate to have had Cynthia in our home. Her approach to caring for our children complements our parenting well, as she respects our personal philosophies while being confident enough to independently make day-to-day decisions regarding our children.
