I enjoy caring for the elderly, giving them an enjoyable time for their latter years. I love to spend time conversing, playing games & just making them feel loved. I like to ensure they are well groomed & eat well because that helps them be happy & feel good about themselves. I am a good listener & have compassion for their situations. I love to cook & don't mind mobile outings. My experience is spread out in the past 5 years. I cared for a lovely 90/91 yr old woman as a live-in overnight care giver 3-4 days/wk. She was a professional tennis player with a wonderful sense of humor. She loved to cheat playing cards & board games & we would belly laugh lots. I cared for a husband & wife who had Dementia as well. I presently care P/T for a 68 yr old woman who gets dialysis regularly, living on her own. And unfortunately I have to say goodbye to the 93 yr old woman whom I also presently care for due to the family moving away. I can provide references/job history that is not on this site.
