About Crystal

Hi families! I'm Crystal, though most kids know me as Ms. Welch! I'm a certified elementary teacher with certifications in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Fine Arts. For the past five years, I've taught Kindergarten, and I'm excited to be starting a new chapter teaching 2nd grade this upcoming school year. I absolutely love working with children and helping them learn, grow, and build confidence. Whether we're reading stories, creating art projects, playing games, exploring outdoors, or doing homework, My goals is to make every interaction fun! In addition to childcare, I am happy to help with homework, tutoring, meal preparation, bedtime routines, transportation, and creating consistent home routines and structure. I also have experience collaborating with families to support kiddos on the spectrum and those who need behavioral support.
