Hello, I have personal experience working with one family in particular over a 6 month span, dealing with their 11 month old and 1-year-old. I also have a year plus worth of experience from working at the YMCA teaching a variation of workouts and sports from adults to young children. More specifically I taught soccer for 3-8-year-olds and 5-8-year-olds in the summer and fall. I also was responsible for teaching children 3-8-year-olds gymnastic and the importance of safety in sports. I also taught the same age ranges in baseball, and I am certified in rock climbing for children 6+. I am certified in First Aid and CPR and I love working with children whether it's sports related or in a more relaxed environment.

Crystal interviewed with me for an aftercare position. She was on time, personable and I felt comfortable with her. She interacted well with the kids during the interview. We didn't go with her because we were looking for very specific needs but I'm sure she would be a great fit for the right family.
