I am a personal caregiver, I've been in this field for 7 years I've also been with the same company for 7 years .. I'm considered one of the most loyal workers. I also can get the job done in a timely matter. I love my job I love what I do working in this field you have to have patience. I run errands if client just want to get out for a little while we may ride to the store one on some errands pick up medications or go out to lunch, sometimes if there aren't able to go with me they would give me a list and I would do everything on the list that includes picking up dry cleaning picking up groceries picking up medications from the pharmacist returning items to customer service. I also give baths housekeeping, med reminders, blood pressure checks, I also do things which consists of keeping company watching TV with my client playing games, eating dinner or cooking for them. I have had to walk a few dogs and feed a few dogs, I also had to take care of a bird and clean its cage, although I am comfortable with animals I just don't really care for big dogs and also reptiles ... I also deliver meals I escort them from the dining room and sometimes I may have to take them back to their apartment I'm very outgoing I'm known for my good personality and a fun happy person, I like to read and I also like to do arts and crafts. I am very conversational I also have great communication skills and most of all I am a people person.
