About Crystal

Hi I'm Crystal. I am currently a Registered Nurse in the state of RI. I have 8 years of private duty experience working with elderly in their homes, as well as private duty assignments in assistant living facilities and nursing homes. I have worked with clients who are diagnosed with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, dementia, CHF, HTN, Alzheimers, Parkinson's etc.., and with clients who are vision/hearing/mobility impaired who may need minimal assistance. My experience ranges from assisting with ADLS (dressing, bathing, shaving, mouth care, incontinence care etc..) vital signs, meal prep, med reminders/administration, transportation, light house cleaning, and companionship.
