Additionally, my experience as a swim coach for students with special needs like autism, down syndrome has prepared me well for this position. I am focused and attentive to detail when addressing high-volume tasks. I'm motivated to make a positive impact by applying data collection skills, and my problem-solving abilities allow me to address challenges to achieve results.
