I am a RN with 24 years of experience including 10 years of pediatric experience and about 6 years of Neonatal Intensive care unit experience. My remaining nursing experience is with adults and the geriatric population. I have my BLS (CPR) certification. I find a lot of joy in caring for others. My co-workers would describe me as a strong patient-advocate with a caring, fun, and bubbly personality. I do have three adults sons that live in the DC area. Two have mild-moderate learning disabilities. My oldest has a pretty profound sensory integration disorder and a debilitating autoimmune disorder. I homeschooled all three of my sons at various points and am very capable of assisting with homework. I am a very good cook, and an even better baker. I am very willing to help with laundry and light housekeeping. As a RN, I am very comfortable with assisting in medical procedures, medication management, and personal care.
