Hi, my name is Christine and I'm a special education teacher in CPS. I've been teaching for 8 years (3 years in Bloomington/Normal, IL; 1 year Abu Dhabi, UAE; and 2 years in Dubai, UAE). In January 2016, I moved to Chicago and will start my Masters degree in the fall. I'm passionate about kids, energetic, flexible, and have a great work ethic. I've been babysitting, cleaning and nannying for over 18 years. I am an avid runner and find enjoyment being outdoors.

Christine watched our 4 children (a ten year old and triplet 8 year olds) until they became adults (they are now 24 and 22). She became a close family friend, trusted adviser to them, and epitomizes what a caregiver should be. She is compassionate and listens carefully. She is prepared--not just watching them, but engaging them in learning, reading, exercise. While working for us, she put herself through college and has become a highly respected special education teacher, knowledgeable about the latest techniques to work with students. She brings a high degree of energy and passion to her care for kids. As a clinical psychologist, I can attest to her sound judgement and interpersonal skills. I recommend her with unqualified enthusiasm. Tom D.
