I was a Case Manager for a Home Health Care Company, administration for Brookdale Senior Living and assisted with activities I have also worked in the dementia care unit for Life Care Centers of America. I now enjoy working in clients' homes to promote a preventive lifestyle, improve quality of life and help them regain some level of independence. I am also a certified health coach, personal trainer and fitness instructor, specializing in senior fitness. I also teach strength and balance classes for seniors at several gyms, Brookdale Senior Living and Holiday Retirement, as well as provide small group training. I am a huge advocate of helping clients age in place, improve quality of life and stay out of skilled nursing facilities as long as possible.
