About Christi

Hello, my name is Christi. My husband and I are native Arizonans. We've lived in South Tempe for 30 years together. I have my own very reliable vehicle. We have 3 little dogs and 1 cat and I do well with animals. I am a very caring, positive, and compassionate person and love helping other people. I will learn anything you need me to in order to help you better. I'm a certified Life Coach and Yoga Therapist/meditation instructor and have special certifications that I believe would be beneficial to you. I'm first aid/CPR certified. I hold a Holistic Nutrition Coaching Certification and many other natural healing certifications not limited to but include the following: Yoga therapy, Crystal and sound healing with crystal healing bowls and am a Gong Master, Yoga Nidra meditation, Nutrition Coach and Life coaching certifications. I stay as quarantined as possible and wear a mask if I go out, constantly washing my hands. I am very excited to learn how I can be of service to you!
