Hello! My name is Taylor and I have been watching and caring for children since I was 16 and I now have a child of my own! I have worked in variety of childcare settings, including positions like assistant childcare director and teacher but I'm now looking for a more personal experience. I have taken several human and child development courses along with many others at Sierra college and have my associates! I am loving and fun but good at maintaining boundaries. I love Montessori and gentle parenting practices! I try to spend as much time as possible outside, doing crafts and developmental appropriate activities for children. I am currently a stay at home mom, so I am looking to watch 1 child or 1 families children in my home. I would love to get to know your family!

Taylor is a very smart, responsible and dependable. She is attentive and caring. And goes beyond her call of duty. She is an incredible multi tasker and I haven't seen anyone do as much as her and when asked to do more she jumps to the tasks and completes all of them. She goes beyond expectations even when she has two little kids in her arms. Very gentle and understanding. Helps kids over come their fears and grow to become more confident. I truly believe she is the best candidate for whatever jobs she does. She is exceptional with kids. Truly someone who cares and someone you could trust 100 percent.
