About Chelsea

I am the oldest of three children and grew up in a home where both parents worked full-time; therefore, I cared for my two younger siblings after school each day and had many responsibilities around the house. Additionally, I started babysitting for families in my neighborhood when I was 12 on the weekends. I consistently babysat for these various families until I was 17. More recently, I have cared for friends' newborn babies and toddlers. Currently I am in an occupational therapy masters program where I have taken classes based in pediatrics. Along with these classes, I also ran an arts and crafts group at the Boys and Girls Club with one of my classmates. Also, I have shadowed at various pediatric outpatient clinics. Overall, I have been around children and caring for them most of my life.
