I am an employee with over 15 years in executive and administrative support. Since retirement, I have worked as a personal assistant to an Event Planner for approximately four years, as the need arises. The types of tasks I performed included making calls, doing Internet searches and providing summary assessments on findings; scheduling appointments; running errands to pick up/deliver food to events; and other basic administrative tasks--either remotely or at the owner's home.
