Raising a child to be compassionate and independent while maintaining routine, schedule, and even a proper bedtime can be tough on a person and the whole family. I am here to assist you with all of that. With over 15 years experience with kids, I have been a pre-k and lower Montessori school teacher, a nanny, a tutor, and an aunt! I have a BA in Liberal Studies and I always make sure to be up to date with my CPR certification. Kids are my passion. I love finding fun ways to teach and discover with them. But I also love to help! Chanena assisted our family with HW as my two boys ages 5 and 7 transitioned from a small private school to a large public school after our relocation. This transition was filled with many ups and downs and Chanena provided consistent nurturing, encouragement and assistance for both the boys and myself. She is energetic and innovative and was able to assist the boys in focusing on their assignments. I would highly recommend Chanena. She was a pleasure to work with.
