I just love people, and helping people with quality, good sense and caring is not easy to find! I started with health care staffing in the 80's. It quickly became a path I have carried into many directions, and placing people with the correct job and quality people with solid experience was a priority. You must know who you work with and that you have hired them to challenges they will do their best! I have worked in work comp, trauma, hospice, challenged individuals, from simple tasks to more advanced. I have done elder care, that in itself shows so many faces, and elder care experience can be shown in young people to advanced in real age and numbers. They all have loving needs, and that is what I do. I wish to make a difference and each assignment I project how I would wish to be treated and give back with true heart and learn along with each journey. I am not an RN, but a PCA with life experience and I also do elder care for my Mom to keep her from a nursing home! I hope to meet new challenges and hear from those in need.
